The Badajoz Ascarza Apartment-hotel is located in the Guadiana neighbourhood, a high class residential area only a step away from the Badajoz Convention Institution (IFEBA) and scarcely 5 minutes from the city centre and business district.

Its 50 spacious apartments are 35 square meters (six of them superior). Each one has a living room, kitchen, complete bathroom and double room.

The hotel also has meeting rooms for a maximum capacity of 12, private parking, bar cafeteria and a lounge.

We have three types of apartments:

• Standard Apartment:
  Luminous and spacious independent sitting room, with a three-seat sofa, 21” TV and centre table. The carefully studied lighting offers the exact amount needed for your comfort, the main aim of the Ascarza Hotel team. The bedroom has two beds, fitted wardrobe and all you need to enjoy the best hotel offer in Badajoz. The bathrooms, with individual water accumulator which guarantees an ideal temperature at all times, are luminous and spacious, qualities always demanded by guests.
  
  
• Studio Apartment:
  Of the same quality and comfort as the previous, the studio apartment offers one space for the living room and bedroom. A large room with all the characteristics described in the standard apartment.
  
  
• Superior Apartment:
  Located on the fourth floor, the last in our building, they are somewhat larger than the previous. They have an extensive terrace ideal for moonlit dinners with an impressive view.

The restaurant is based on high quality local produce, exquisite presentation and meticulous service. Different menus are offered on a daily basis, which stands out because of the carefully presented dishes and excellent prices. Retama offers its clients various Gastronomic weeks during the year; Wild Game, Mushrooms, etc. The restaurant is ideal for celebrations, banquets and galas. Aside from the extensive menus it offers, there is also the possibility of asking for a specific one.
